All QR code decoding and generation occurs locally on your device. Your scan history and favorite items are stored securely in your device's local database. We do not transmit your scan history to any external servers. You have full control over this data and can clear your history within the app settings at any time.

4. Ad Free Experience

ScanBit is completely free of advertisements. We do not integrate third party advertising networks, which means no advertising identifiers are collected, and your usage data is not shared with marketing agencies.

5. Children's Privacy

Our application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Since we do not collect personal data, children can safely use the application for its intended utility purposes.
